    2. Please give an example of how you have driven growth in income – whether through partnerships, fundraising, or commercial activity. What was your strategy, and what impact did it achieve?
    3. This is a broad leadership role covering finance, operations, digital, and governance. How have you balanced competing priorities and built alignment across functions in a previous role?
       
  3. Please also complete and submit our Diversity Monitoring Form (online) which helps us to capture important data for reporting purposes. This will not be viewed by those making decisions about your application.

    3. In a small team environment where roles can be broad and overlapping, how do you maintain strong financial governance, ensure compliance, and promote accountability across different functions?
